Communication Consent

Business Phone Number Service and Billing Terms:

1. Service Overview
BizzHopper provides business phone numbers for client use at a rate of $27 per month per number. This monthly fee applies to both local and toll-free numbers and includes the assignment and maintenance of a forwarding number that routes incoming calls to the mobile number specified by the customer during checkout or on the order form.

2. Forwarding Functionality
Each phone number is configured strictly for call forwarding to a phone number. The forwarding destination will be the phone number provided by the customer at the time of activation. Customers may request a change to their forwarding number by emailing [email protected]. All forwarding updates are processed within a reasonable time frame following written request.

3. Usage-Based Billing
In addition to the $27 monthly service fee, customers are billed for actual call and message usage based on the following current rates:

Receiving Calls: $0.014 per minute
Text Messages: $0.0085 per message
Call Segments: $0.0083 per segment

Usage fees are charged directly to the customer’s payment method on file. Rates are subject to change with notice.

4. Example Usage Estimate

For reference, an additional $10 in usage credit provides approximately:

715 minutes of forwarded calls, or

1,175 text messages, or

1,205 call segments

These estimates are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee usage limits or caps.

5 .Phone Usage Reserve Balance

To ensure uninterrupted forwarding and usage of the business phone number, the customer authorizes BizzHopper to maintain a minimum reserve balance of ten dollars on file. This reserve is used solely for upcoming call and usage charges or phone related services. If the reserve balance falls below ten dollars, BizzHopper may bill the payment method on record in an amount necessary to restore the reserve to ten dollars. This charge is not a fee but a prepaid balance retained for future usage. All actual call and message consumption will be deducted from this reserve and itemized on the provided invoice.
